By using KinWise, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
KinWise provides a private family archive platform where invited family members can record and share stories. Access is by invitation only — you must be invited by a family administrator to join a family group.
KinWise sends SMS messages only to users who have given explicit consent by checking the SMS opt-in checkbox during account setup or onboarding. The checkbox is unchecked by default — you must actively select it to receive SMS messages. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
SMS messages from KinWise include family story prompts, family notifications, and service updates. Message frequency is typically 2–3 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@kinwisdom.com.
You retain ownership of all stories, recordings, and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant KinWise a limited license to store, transcribe, and display it to members of your family group as part of operating the service.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. The family administrator (Family Historian) is responsible for moderating content within their family group.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
KinWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
